Welcome to New User Enrollment.
New users please fill out the enrollment form and click on the button below to complete your Enrollment.

Upon completion you will be automatically re-directed to the payment page to complete the process.

You should also get an email sent to you with instructions. If you do not receive it, please check your “Spam” box to see if it is there.

IMPORTANT: Fill out the enrollment form only once!!! If you get stuck after submitting the form, please download the USER GUIDE that we request new enrollees to read. It will help you to continue. If you still have an issue with completing the process, click on the login link in the upper right hand corner of this page and log in with the credentials you created with the enrollment form. This should allow you to continue with the payment process. (see page 3 of the USER GUIDE.)

If you submit more than one enrollment form it will create a duplicate account that will lock you out of the system and not allow you to continue.

Also, when filling out your name on the enrollment form DO NOT USE Parse Syntax. There is a misconception regarding our signatures. Parse Syntax is only used by U.S. CITIZENS and not Americans!
